Update on my claim for £250 excess offer.... After many weeks of the runaround I formally complained to GoCompare and a customer services person reviewed the position and sorted out the claim within 24 hours, which is now due to be paid. I am very thankful for that, but clearly the claim process is not working very well. So overall 3 stars.
