I have been a loyal customer for 7 years, my renewal is due and I received a new premium of £244. I logged into the site and my premium became £280???
I emailed to ask why and was told I had misunderstood, although the email quite clearly said 'new premium is £244'
I do not like to be made a fool of and am not happy that although I have had no accidents, my premium keeps going up. Where is your loyalty to your long time customers?
