I was really disappointed that once I got my quotes the follow up link didn't work, so I then proceeded to call Hastings Direct to complete the quote. I did this on a Saturday and they answered saying that they would be closing in 10 minutes so couldn't help me until Monday. Someone was meant to call me back on the Monday before 10am, then didn't. I called them again at 1ish and by that point my quote had increased by £360, this is not a small amount of money. When I expressed by dismay to the sales team they where very unhelpful. Because of this I would think twice about recommending the service.
