I put my Daughters details in to obtain car insurance quotes and received a number of reasonable quotes. When we attempted to purchase the policy, the chosen company increased the premium by over £200. It is extremely sharp practice and very misleading for a comparison website to provide an on line quote/purchase service that has no relation to the actual price the provider is going to charge a customer!
