The two people I spoke to were very nice. Unfortunately half way through the discussion I got cut off and had to start again. Towards the end of the 2nd one it appeared that because I previously had a leased car, my 9 years no claim bonus didn't count and I had just wasted 1/2 hour+. Could this exclusion not have not been made clearer earlier online?
