Went through the full process of applying for insurance with first call including paying, I asked questions to make sure I was eligible and was excepted. Next day I received an email at around 11am to say the couldn't insure me and that I had no cover! This left my vehicle uninsured for nearly 24 hours and unaware that I was driving illegally!
From now on I will call a broker directly so I can make sure all the relevant information is given and received.
