Usually a great service but I wasn't particularly very happy with the outcome this time around. Having opted for the cheapest quote GoCompare gave me for HastingsDirect and having clicked through to their website to pay for the insurance online I was greeted with a message telling me I had to call them instead to answer some questions upon which they were not interested in the GoCompare quote but quoted me a higher price telling me it was HastingsPremier instead of HastingsDirect. It made very little sense to me nor would they explain why my order would not go through online or why they requested I ring them. I ended up paying around £50 more than my original quote from GoCompare.
