I applied for a DINE card following taking out car insurance. I downloaded the app. and was expecting a physical CARD to be sent to me for use in restaurants. However, I have not received a card or there is no ability to get one from your website. I do not use data on my mobile phone so cannot use an app at a restaurant. There are many people like myself who do not use data on their mobile phones. How can I use the Dine facility? Will you email a code or something like that???
