I found it very difficult to use the website as it kept freezing and crashing. I inserted my card details, but then after inserting my card details, I received notification stating Lloyds Bank was unable to accept me proceeding insuring my car.
Due to me taking someone to the hospital, it was imperative I get my car insured. The next day I called a different insurance company to insure the car, but when I proceeded to pay the deposit, I had insufficient funds! I called my bank and they stated that Lloyds Bank had debited the amount of £179.00 which now left my account with no funds.
Having stated the above, I would be grateful if you could please refund the sum of £179.00, thank you.
