Probably not your fault but when I clicked buy online from Hastings Direct there was no response , I tried multiple times including the phone option which I was on hold only to find no one on the end the the last tim a message told me to go and get requote and it would then work which i did and got a higher quote for exactly the same input , NOT HAPPY with HASTINGS DIRECT >
