I was quite happy with the quote I got from Hastings Direct, but thought it was only polite to ring them to cancel the quote they had sent me because I was with them last year. The young man I spoke to tried to be helpful by telling me he would alter something on my policy. I said I would pay the extra, but he said he had to cancel the policy and start again. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is..I have no new policy, probably paid £200 for nothing! Not happy. Dont know where to go now.
