POOR because, after you get your insurance which is very easy to follow and buy. THEN when you want to see/ find your policy which should be simple IT IS NOT I kept being pushed back to Compare to get quotes for a new Policy. RIDICULOUS.. I have given up and will phone them on Monday. What a waste of my time. I don't even know if I have a policy, or indeed if I am really insured??
