I'll gterll you why it made me sad. I entered the value of a ring at £16,000.00 and a computer at £1,200 at items I needed to be covered away from home. Shortly after I was asked the total value of items I need to recovered away from home and given figures with a maximum of £10,000. Your system failed to produce an error or permit me to enter the true figure. That wasted a huge amount of time. The insurer was quite happy with the £17,200 figure but what your system showed was that it didn't spot the mismatch. Please sort it out and fix it.
