Only observation. My car was stolen, by criminals, not me, so my insurance premiums were increased. I was guilty of driving 33 MPH in 30 MPH limit. I paid the Police £100 pounds and received 3 points. My insurance premiums were increased again, for renewal.
Are there any car related incidents, regardless of responsibility, where Insurers do not increase the premiums of the customers?
