1. I bought a new Mercedes A180 car and
your system did not recognise the car and reg RX20UMH
2. Eventually you came up with quotes and I selected Saga. I failed to get to them from your display and I phoned them separately They could not find the quote given and I therefore went elsehere.
3. very disappointlng and time wasting since I’ve had good experience in the past.with ‘go compare’.
