I tried to get insurance for my car and was told that I could not insure more than 30 days ahead, so I put in a date that was approximately two weeks early so allowing me to arrange this and get it sorted. I was then told by someone at your office that "it saw against the law to be double insured" and also it would take at least a week to get my money back. She of course said it was the Banks fault. I believe you have lost a client because of the way your program is set and I don't believe a Bank needs 5 days to reimburse. Your comments please
