I liked GoCompare for the speed with which I could have a quote. And I accepted one of them. I liked that they gave me £250 excess free - but I'd already got that with my quote. But I didn't like all the questions about my age and family. I found that quite intrusive. Perhaps all insurance quotes are like that? My husband died recently, so I wasn't up on how to do everything.
