Last year, because I had a disputed accident and didn’t understand the rules and declared something in good faith I was financially penalised by the new company. This year I was very lucky to escape the same fate. In my view the service is only useful as a guide of where to start and for myself, or anyone with a dispute, or accidents it is essential to then follow this up with phone calls to each company. Also, when you do this, you apparently do not get the online offers included. So... not really impressed.
