The process of assessing home insurance policies on offer via GoCompare was thorough and straightforward but decisions are made on a wider range of criteria than price. It was disappointing that it was not really possible to access quality of service assessments such as defaqto scores. In the end my decisions were based partly on price and but also on the reputation of suppliers in unrelated fields. Not very satisfactory.
