We decided to cancel our Insurance with Van Line but they will not let us , they have put the direct debit thought as well and then they said they would ring us back, after we said to cancel the policy , but they did not ring back. we been ring for two days now , over a hour on the phone today but still holding on cannot believe such a Company .
Look on their reports and lots of unhappy people using Van Line.
We have 14 days by Law to cancel a Policy but they will not let us.
