Kind off disappointed, I looked to take forward a quote you was holding for me, within 24hrs of receiving it I went to except, only to find it had gone up 40% since your last email. None to pleased, nevertheless I went to do a further quote which to my delight returned a cheaper option which I took. But I don't feel you should be pursuring customers with inaccurate quotes, albeit accurate at point of quote. So therefore I would imagine you have a collection of unhappy customer.
