Truly nightmarish customer service. I've been on the phone for 3.5 hrs, and am still on hold, waiting to resolve the problem that our nonprofit website is down. I spoke with 2 reps thus far (I'm on the third now), and they couldn't resolve the issue, so they hung up without explanation and didn't call back, requiring me to call back and wait online 40+ minutes before speaking with another rep. Truly a GoDaddy nightmare.
