Poor customer service. I ordered 2 dresses.
I kept the other returned in the condition it came in. The dress i kept had a security strip tag.... The other didn't. I returned the other and i am being refused a refund because they issued a dress without a security tag. The dress was not damaged or had any issues!!!! Even the respomsea and response time is poor and poorly constructed. Will NEVER USE AGAIN
