Bad experience does not quite cover it...I ordered 3 dresses from Debenhams on line shopping . All three dresses were delivered be it all in separate parcels on separate days the first returned 25t Sept the second the 27th .Sept the third delivered and returned same day the 28th Sept..The first 2 were refunded immediately these were from Debenhams unfortunatley the third was from GODIVA ...I am in dispute with them over return as although all documentation and proof of return has been supplied on several occasions it would seem that although tracking informs returned due to Postal strikes on the 19th October ..Godiva is refusing to refund the order was for the sum of £!33 and Debenhams has refunded £84 but GODIVA has as from 30th September until 13th Nov refused to refund my money
