Bought a few Goddiva dresses via Denshams to learn that these would have to be returned back to Godiva directly as they did not suit. Had tried both my email/mobile phone number plus the order ID to find that’s it’s invalid!? Emailed Godiva for some advice with screenshots of order number etc for them to simply just reply with what the return email tells me! Really unhelpful customer service!
