I cannot describe how disappointed I am with this broker. Their refusal to execute my withdrawal has left me outraged and completely disgusted. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and while I was unable to collect my monies, I feel forced to express my grievances in order to avoid others from experiencing the same distressing situation. First and foremost, they refused my withdrawal, which was absolutely unjustified. I followed all of their protocols and provided all of the required evidence, yet they still opted to withhold my payments.
