The service they provided was extremely poor. My money would not come out. My transfer was lost, and I had a problem with them. I opened a support ticket, but I never heard back from them, and I missed my opportunity to get my money back. I never received any attention from customer service throughout the entire process. M_E_R_S_E_Y_H_I_P_._C_0_M and their private team deserve my gratitude for regaining everything.
