I ordered the service on 11/23 to pick up a couch and loveseat. They agreed to the day, time and distance for $100, HOWEVER, the day before pickup on 11/30 they called to say it was an extra $60 given the distance, which I agreed to pay, then they called the next day to cancel and reschedule to following day, When they finally arrived, they blocked my driveway for 1 hour to load the furniture. Completely unprofessional, terrible customer service, and not worth the time and cost!
