Products are great previously bought clubs and my recent purchase was a hoodie. The wrong size was delivered and I needed to send back to get correct size. After receiving correct size hoodie I received and email a couple of days later from customer services with an apology and refund for postage.
This has been the send instance I have received wrong product to what I’ve ordered. But it has always been resolved.
