Customer service has been impeccable. There was a shipping issue, and when I let the Golphin Team know, Stephen Alphonso made sure a replacement set was sent out the same day. I couldn't have asked for more. Although my 7 and 5 year olds aren't crushing the ball just yet, the clubs seem of a very high quality and we are excited to get out there and use them more often. Only constructive criticism - there doesn't seem to be a phone number on the US website. This raised some concerns (which were subsequently totally alleviated) about the substance of the company with which I was dealing.
