Afaik, the primary purpose of these guys is to simplify the overall process of mining bitcoin. And yep, it's really like that. You really should do nothing.
Sure, you will be forced to read over the whole information about the essence of this company, register an account, sort out how to buy tokens, but these are trifles. For making money you ain't need deep knowledge, because this task is literally outsourced. Well, don't think you can enter this business without any knowledge at all, but, believe me, nobody is asking a PhD from ya =)
