I purchased 3 miners and upgraded one miner. Everything was great when I was signing in everyday. I got busy with life and didn't sign on for about 2 months. Now when I sign in, all my miners are gone and its like my act has been completely reset like im.a new customer woth 0 miners. The customer support is even worse. No phone number and just an email to some dude who couldn't care less about my issue and keeps asking me redundant questions. Also, apparently hes tbe only customer support representative. Don't waste your $ with this app.
