Excellent, fast personalised service, including response by email. Good clear website. Bills can be sent by email, and are clear. Your own meter readings can be emailed.
Last, but not least, it is cheaper than what I was paying with EDF! (I am on the local tariff which uses energy generated by the Delabole wind farm, as I live quite near it.) I had thought that it was a choice between ethics and price, and now I wish I had switched MUCH earlier!
