I joined Good Energy on the basis of their reviews in Which Magazine because I was frustrated by energy suppliers using their own readings to formulate their invoices - most often to their advantage. Good Energy do allow the submission of customers' own readings which is what I want and I try, systematically, to submit my FIT, Electricity and Gas readings quarterly on the 10th March, June, September and December. I have done the same this quarter and yet again you have sent me invoices based on your own estimated readings - which to be fair, are close to my readings, one being too high and one being too low. So once again I now have to call you to obtain corrected bills. I would very much appreciate your adapting your systems to incorporate customers' actual readings
