Due to a recent diagnosis of an autoimmune condition, I've had to drastically alter my diet. I'm finding it difficult to establish my new routine. Without having to commit to large packages of anything, this box was a fantastic opportunity to sample out a tonne of safe meals. I've only tried a few things so far, but I've already found some snacks I'll be pleased to add to my regular rotation!
