The choice of snacks is fantastic. Yes, all ingredients are 0-3 grammes NET CARBS. Since there aren't many options for low-carb and low-sugar snacks where I am, I had to get this snack box. I wish I could customise the box, but perhaps the business will start doing so in the future. If you're prepared to shell out the cash, it's worth it because I have a subscription while I'm out here.
