We started looking for a dog/puppy about 2 months ago and quickly realized that it is not an easy process. You have to sign your name in blood to get on a list to adopt a dog, It was not an easy process. After we decided we really wanted a German Shepherd (having had them in the past) we felt that getting a puppy was the best fit for our situation. Searching for a breeder on the internet is not easy. Covid-19 makes it hard to connect or to see the situations that puppies are raised in. We finally found Good Dog and found a breeder that has already been vetted. It gave us an extra measure of reassurance to know that Good Dog has done some of the homework for us. We are currently waiting on a puppy from Von Dawn German Shepherds. I was impressed with the application process and also spoke iwth Dawn for about an hour on the phone before sending in my deposit. She was able to answer my major questions and was able to tell that she is a careful breeder who loves her dogs. Can't wait for our new baby to be old enough to bring home! And we appreciate the help from Good Dog in finding her.
