Always a cheerful, friendly & smiling face. A great help around the house, with good advice when needed. Lovely to know that she will help me with any household bits, but is also an extra source of company. She has encouraged me to get back into my craft interests, such as knitting and always takes an interest in what I've done, sharing her knowledge.
My family feel happy to know that Pam is here each week keeping an eye on me🥰.
