I love these meals. A friend of mine was eating one during a 4-day backpacking trip in the Smokies. He loved it, and when he showed it to me, I noticed it was vegan! I recently ordered all five of your vegan options, and tried the Classic Marinara and Bipimbap on a 30-mile hike across the Roan Highlands. I loved them both! I will be ordering more soon. I love that these are lightweight, and they taste amazing.
