I mixed up the Chicken Pho on the side of the trail for lunch just as a family of Vietnamese people was walking by. I kid you not. The woman was sniffing the air and looked over at me and said, “Is that Pho? Smells just like my kitchen!” Authenticity? Check! It was a delicious lunch. Highly recommend.
