This was my 7th year in a row long distance backpacking, so I am always on the lookout for new foods to carry. Besides the weight of the food, it must taste good and have valuable calories. Also look for nutrient based foods & fiber. Found Good To-Go foods a couple years ago and am so happy I did!! Good To-Go checks ALL the boxes for me. Have some favorites that I never get tired of, and go well with other foods being mixed in, like the Kale & White Bean STEW, add some Italian meatballs, BAM!
