I love that Good To-Go is a Maine product and I want to see the business thrive. My only criticism is that most of the vegetarian meals have an overall similar flavor. They all taste a bit sour to me like they are going heavy on citrus or tomato flavors and seem to lack that umami deliciousness. I hope that Good To-Go can refine them a bit to take them from good to great! PS. I did really love the Mushroom Risotto.
