I started a vegan diet about 8 months ago. My first multi-day backpacking trip as a vegan had me a little nervous about what I was going to eat. An online search led me to Good To-Go and I am so happy that I found them. So far I have tried the Classic Marinara with Pasta and the Smoked Three Bean Chili. Both were fantastic but I especially liked the pasta. I have Herbed Mushroom Risotto and Kale and White Bean Stew queued up for my next backpacking trip coming up soon. The quality of the food was just so much better I am used to with the freeze dried backpacking meals and the price is right in line with other options out there. Highly recommend Good To-Go!
