I do a 7 - 13 day backcountry trip every summer, in places with no trails, no support, no possibility of resupply, etc, so we carry everything. After trying many brands of freeze dried food, these are the ones that make up 80-90% of our dinners. So tasty, so easy, so interesting, .... never too much salt (which is a complaint I have of many other brands) dinner is always a treat looked forward to.
