These people are rogues of the first order. My wife ordered slippers on Nov 20th. They hadn’t turned up after 10 days and the company failed to respond to emails asking where they were. Their phone number has a message saying they’re not taking calls. So we called AmEx to cancel the charge which they did. This obviously spurred these rogues into action, and they sent an email yesterday saying the slippers were on their way - we replied immediately that we no longer wanted them as we’d bought elsewhere. They arrived today and now we have to pay to send them back ! Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company unless you’re prepared for disappointment and hassle.
