Same as others. Returned an item which was done through their own website and collected by Hermes.
Has been over 2 weeks now since i returned and all they tell me is is the tracking number i gave them doesn't show any results.
It takes days before a simple e-mail gets a reply and teh endless e-mail pin pong is ridiculous.
No phone number of course, so going through the credit card company is the next option, pain in the arris as it may be.
