I received the shoes which were ok but needed to return a pair
I sent them back and despite emailing the company have heard nothing!!! It’s been over a month since they were sent back. I tried the online chat and receive no replies
It’s as though the company has closed!!! Although the boots were fine the customer service is shocking. I would not buy again from them which is a great shame as their products are good
Am really disappointed and also concerned where my refund is!!
