Had a terrible experience with this company - Highly recommend not using!
Ordered some slippers as a gift back in Dec, reported the issue that they were faulty and they arrange a collection after me insisting i would not be put at any further duress - This took over 2 weeks, they are now asking me to prove that the goods were collected by their own courier company!! Were now on the 03 Feb without a gift and still out of pocket! Save yourselves the stress guys and pay use a reputable company in future - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
