Checkout and pre delivery service was smooth. Customer service dealt with the issue that arose from my "lost parcel" quickly by keeping in touch and contacting the courier. I would suggest that parcels are sent signed for in future, infact I would rather pay the extra for this to actually receive the item. Would use again- as long as I could change the method of delivery.
