Dispatch is prompt, & people are polite in communications.
However the dispatch department packages in such a way that the SHOE-BOXES GET DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. A thin plastic bag over the shoe boxes in not enough. Either you need to use carton boxes or bubble wrap.
As I like to keep my shoes in their boxes, I wish the packaging were better, to avoid the boxes suffering damage in transit across Europe.
